If you are aware of actual or suspected misconduct, illegal or unethical behaviour, or have a concern, you can use the Speak Up channels to raise a concern. The Speak Up channels can be used by employees, suppliers, business partners, contractors, customers and other stakeholders

  1. The Speak Up channels can be accessed via web https://axiatagroup.integrityline.com and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Concerns that you have related to the following areas:

  1. Abuse of Power/Authority
  2. Accounting, internal controls, auditing or IT
  3. Anti-competition
  4. Breach of company policy
  5. Bribery & corruption
  6. Data confidentiality or privacy
  7. Conflict of interest
  8. Fraud & breach of trust
  9. Gifts, sponsorships, donations, entertainment & hospitality
  10. Harassment, bullying & sexual misconduct
  11. Health, Safety, Security & Environment
  12. Insider trading
  13. Malpractices
  14. Misappropriation of company assets
  15. Misuse of social media or business communications
  16. Money Laundering
  17. Retaliation from Speaking Up
  18. Substance abuse or drugs
  19. Theft or misuse of resources
  20. Violation of any law and regulation
  21. Workplace & people

Please feel confident that you will not suffer for raising concerns in good faith, and we do not tolerate any form of retaliation against you for Speaking Up.

Once the reported concern is received, it will be routed to PT Link Net Tbk’s Head of Internal Audit and Investigation Unit, who will review the reported concern and determine further actions. If the reported concern warrants an investigation, it will be conducted by an investigator either from PT Link Net Tbk, Axiata, or externally appointed.

Please check back on the Speak Up channel using the Case Number and Password for follow up questions or getting status update from the Investigation Team. Please note that in the event the Investigation Team had contacted you but did not receive further evidence/information from you within 14 days, and there is no other way to independently corroborate the concern you raised, the Investigation Team may be forced to close the reported concern on the basis that investigation cannot be conducted.
